1 1/2 oz. gin
Dash triple sec
Stir over ice in a small highball glass. Squeeze lime over the drink and drop in the glass.
Bombay gin. This was a lovely gin drink. I think this would be a good vehicle for sampling different gins, as the triple sec only lends a very slight sweetness and citrusy feel, more than an actual taste.
Triple sec is a general term for an orange-flavoured liqueur made from the dried peels of bitter and sweet orange. A higher shelf version is Cointreau.
