1/4 oz. grenadine
1/4 oz. crème de cacao (brown)
2 oz. gold rum
Fill a Champagne flute with crushed ice. Slowly add ingredients in order listed (so that they float atop each other).
Jamaica Apple Estate aged rum. I can’t quite work out which three continents the name refers to. Any suggestions?
This one looks much prettier than it tastes. I thought the combination would be good; pomegranate and chocolate is delish and the addition of rum sounded logical. Over all, this was kinda “meh”. Yet another cool sounding name that then offers boring (or gross… I’m looking at you, Alexander’s Sister) flavors.
