B.B.C. (Charles Schumann, 1979)
1 oz. cream
3/4 oz. Bénédictine
1 1/4 oz. brandy

Stir over ice in an old fashioned glass

I just can’t seem to get behind a cream drink over ice, hence the usual brandy snifter. This tasted just like I thought it would. Brandy and Bénédictine is a favorite combination, and the cream smoothed it out in a very lovely way. I might would have liked just a touch more sweetness, though.
