1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. gin
Shake well over ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Bombay gin. Mike tried to catch the lovely color, but it was elusive. With Pernod, you get licorice. The grenadine rounded it off a bit, so it played very nicely with the orange juice, but it could have used a tad more sweetness. Some Cointreau, perhaps. Another overall nice drink, but I’d probably only order another one to see a bartender’s face when I say I want a Monkey Gland.
