1 oz. vermouth bianco
1 oz. Cynar
Stir over ice in an aperitif glass. Squeeze orange wedge over drink and drop it into the glass.
This was a great drink! I love Cynar. Who knew that artichokes would make such a fantastic liqueur? This was sweet, but perfectly balanced by bitter, with the orange coming through with it’s bright citrus sunshine. Although I told Ryan to serve it up, it was better with a few pieces of ice. Next time, I’ll have it made as written.
