Dash lemon juice
Dash Angostura bitters
1 3/4 oz. Bourbon
Pour Bourbon over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Add a dash of Angostura and squeeze lemon wedge over drink. Drop lemon into glass and stir well.
Bulleit Bourbon. This one is a nice simple cocktail. On the tart side, with no sweetness at all. The Bourbon really came through with a bright, warm flavor while the lemon peel on the wedge gave it a hint of bitterness. I liked this one, but I think I prefer just a bit of sweetness with my Bourbon.
