1/4 oz.dry vermouth
1 1/4 oz. gin
Stir over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon twist.
Bombay gin and Dolin dry vermouth. The first sip made me think of bubblegum, for some reason, probably from the grenadine and lemon. The light herbal vermouth brought out the similar herbal and floral side of the gin’s juniper flavors. Altogether a tasty cocktail, but nothing to gush about.
