1 oz. Campari
3/4 oz. vodka
Dash Angostura bitters
Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist lemon peel over drink and drop into the glass.
Enchanted Rock vodka. As expected, this drink was bitter, but nicely so. The flavors of grapefruit and cherry were bright while the neutral vodka lent some boozy warmth. This is a very typical Italian-style aperitif.
