3/4 oz. dry vermouth
Dash orange bitters
Dash triple sec
1 1/2 oz. gin
Stir well over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Twist lemon peel over drink and drop into the glass.
Dolin dry vermouth and Bombay gin. Now, I had tasted Sean’s version of this drink a couple of months ago and loved it. I’ll have to ask again what made it different. This one was okay… but that’s it. It was a tad citrusy from the lemon peel, and the gin was nice and polite. Best way to describe this drink is that it’s a very light martini.
