3/4 oz. dry vermouth
1/4 oz. vermouth rosso
Dash orange bitters
3/4 oz. gin
Stir well with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Plymouth Navy-strength gin, Dolin dry vermouth, and Carpano Antica vermouth rosso. Surprisingly enough, all of the components of this drink come through. I could taste the piney, slightly bitter gin, the fruity rosso, the herbal dry vermouth and the zingy orange. A lovely cocktail!
