3/4 oz. lemon or lime juice
1 barspoon powdered sugar
1 1/4 oz. white Bacardi rum
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
A polite little cocktail. The fist sip was very tart. Stirring in the grenadine that Ryan so carefully trickled to the bottom of the glass helped that, but I think it could have been even a touch sweeter. I couldn’t really taste the rum, but then again, plain ol’ Bacardi doesn’t have much flavor to offer.
