3/4 oz. dry vermouth
3/4 oz. vermouth bianco
3/4 oz. gin
Stir over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Tanqueray gin, Dolin vermouth bianco. A lovely light cocktail. Slightly sweet, pleasantly piney and herbal with no gin “heat” at all.
