1 egg yolk
1/4 oz. vermouth rosso
1/4 oz. dry vermouth
1 oz. gin
1 1/2 oz. orange juice
Shake very well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Plymouth Navy Strength gin. I thought I’d take advantage of the yolk left over from the Bronx Silver. So glad I did! As expected, this is very similar to the Silver, except it is a bit richer and a tad smoother. There is a lovely balance between fruit and herb.
