Juice of half a lime
Dashes triple sec
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
3/4 oz. white rum
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Bacardi white rum and my new favorite grenadine substitute, Pama pomegranate liqueur. First thing that came to my mind when I tasted this was “candy,” a sweet/sour candy. Not overly sweet, but definitely fruity. This goes into the “girly drink” category and wasn’t very impressive.
