2 oz. orange juice
Pour orange juice over ice in a Champagne flute. Fill with Champagne and stir gently.
Gruet sparkling white wine. This is… well… just a Mimosa over ice. That’s not to say it wasn’t tasty; I do love a good Mimosa. As expected, the ice watered down things by the middle of the drink.
