1 oz. Punt e Mes
1 oz. vermouth bianco
3/4 oz. gin
Lemon and orange peels
Stir over ice in an aperitif or highball glass. Twist lemon and orange peels over the glass and drop in.
Plymouth standard gin. A lovely gin drink that’s not a martini! Slightly bitter with a bit of fruitiness (cherry, maybe a little plum) and the gin’s herbal pineyness play very well together.
