Lime wedge
1 1/2 oz. white rum
1 to 2 barspoons sugar (or sugar cubes)

Place lime wedge and sugar into a small highball glass. Press well with a pestle, pour in run, and stir. Fill with crushed ice and stir again.

Prichard’s Crystal white rum. This, to me, is one of those “summer in a glass” cocktails. A super simple combination of bright lime and smooth, floral, almost coconutty rum that just screams to be by the pool.
