3/4 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. Rose’s lime juice
1 1/2 oz. orange juice
1 barspoon powdered sugar
1 1/2 oz. gold rum
3/4 oz. Calvados
Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass over crushed ice, squeeze lime wedge over drink and drop into glass.
Flor de Caña aged rum, NOT Rose’s. The first word in my notes is “Wow!” A very tasty cocktail. Super tropical/beachy with a perfect sweet/tart balance. I’m not sure what the Calvados brings (which isn’t surprising), but whatever it is, it’s good!
