1 sugar cube
Dashes of Angostura bitters
3/4 to 1 oz. vodka
Saturate sugar cube with bitters in a Champagne flute. Pour in vodka and then fill with Champagne.
Enchanted Rock vodka and Gruet sparkling white wine. As far as champers drinks go, this was pretty good. The spicy bitters knocks some of the mustiness out of the wine. The vodka, as vodka does, bless it, really only adds that additional alcohol flavor.
