Rosita 

1/4 oz. dry vermouth
1/4 oz. vermouth rosso
1/4 oz. Campari
3/4 oz. tequila

Stir with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Well tequila (when, oh when will I remember what this is??), Dolin dry vermouth, Carpano Antica vermouth rosso. A rather interesting drink! The tequila’s funk, the Campari’s citrusy bitterness, and the rosso’s fruit and herbs really compliment each other. A little short in the glass, but I’m working on being better about gauging the volume of a drink to match the glassware.
