2 3/4 oz. orange juice
1 oz. white rum
3/4 oz. dark rum
Dashes Angostura bitters
Shake well over ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice.
Bacardi white rum and Meyers dark rum. I’d place this cocktail firmly in the “not bad” category. The rums really come through strongly, and with just about anything rum, I get the impression of “beachy”. Not overly sweet, which is good, and it has a lovely peach color from the blending of the orange juice and bitters.
