Juice of half a lime
1/4 oz. triple sec
1/4 oz. pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz. white rum
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Cointreau orange liqueur, Prichard’s Crystal rum. You know you’ve got a good one when your reaction to the first sip is “Ooooh!” Slighty punch-like, but not too sweet. I really like the rum and pineapple together, and the orange liqueur gives it an extra bright lift.
