August 6, 2015 – The Republic Steakhouse

Bellvue (Charles Schumann, 1986) 

2 oz. pineapple juice
3/4 oz. coconut cream
Juice of a quarter lime
1/4 oz. lime juice
1 1/2 oz. white rum

Shake with ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice.

Flor de Caña white rum. Basically, this is a light piña colada with a little more tartness to it. Tasty, and of course quite tropical.
