3/4 oz. vermouth bianco
Dash of Pernod

Stir over ice in an aperitif glass. Fill with water and stir.

Dolin blanc vermouth. Mild licorice with an overall polite, smooth way that is a little sweet. I’m at a loss as to why someone would drink this, and when… but… okay.

    Have you ever wanted a little cocktail something and had nothing to make one with? When you dug far back in your bar, the ingredients for drinks was all you could find…that’s when and why!!
