1 egg yolk
1/4 oz. sugar syrup
3/4 oz. cream
1 3/4 oz. brandy
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Christian Brothers brandy. Pretty much a light eggnog, which is a lovely thing. I usually get tired of eggnog way before I’m ready to be. Creamy and warm going down, with the perfect “nose” of nutmeg with the first sip.
