3/4 to 1 oz. lemon juice
1 barspoon powdered sugar
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1 1/2 oz. gin
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a sour glass and add cherry.
Bombay Sapphire gin. A very tasty drink that’s much like a spiked lemonade. I decided to go with a lighter gin instead of my usual go to Plymouth navy strength. I think it worked very well.
