1 1/2 oz. gin
Dash Peychaud bitters
Stir over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a sherry glass.
Beefeater London Dry gin. A very tasty cocktail! The gin is a bit hot, but it works with the sharp juniper presence. The bitters adds a bit of sweetness and a touch of warm spice. Definitely a sipper instead of a gulper.
