2 oz. cream
Dash of grenadine
1/4 oz. Galliano
1 oz. white rum
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Flor de Caña rum, Rose’s grenadine (huge sad face!! They were out of their fabulous house-made grenadine). A lovely looking drink! Tastes pretty good, too. The rum is throwing a little bit of funk, or maybe it’s the Galliano; hard to tell.
