3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/4 to 3/4 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. white rum
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass over ice and fill with soda.
Flor de Caña rum. This cocktail is one step away from a classic Mojito, just sub out the lemon with lime and add a little mint. It also could be a rum collins (Pedro). All in all this is a great summer cooler.
