3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/4 oz. Rose’s lime juice
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/4 oz. crème de menthe (green)
Shake first four ingredients well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a small highball glass over ice and fill with soda.
Plymouth Navy Strength gin. I really liked this; a slightly minty Tom Collins. Very refreshing and not too sweet, plus the color (and name) was appropriate for Halloween.
