1/4 oz. dry vermouth
1/4 oz. vermouth bianco
1 oz. gin
1/4 oz. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
Stir well with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Jensen’s London Dry gin. Pineapple again, and again, very tasty! A light and delicate cocktail. The gin is not too hot and rather citrusy with just a hint of pine. A truly lovely little cocktail.
