1 barspoon powdered sugar
1 1/2 oz. white rum
1/4 oz. crème de menthe (green)
Squeeze lime into a small highball glass. Add sugar and rum and stir. Fill with crushed ice. Add crème de menthe and stir again.
Prichard’s Crystal rum. This reminds me of a tart Mojito and something else, but I can’t quite place it. The rum has a nice bite, a bit fluorescent, though.
