1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
Dash of grenadine
Dash of maraschino liqueur
1 1/2 oz. white rum
Shake well over ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist lime peel over drink and drop into glass.
Prichard’s Crystal rum. Still loving the pineapple juice. There’s a slight funk that must be coming from the maraschino, but I’m not sure why. The lime peel is a lovely fragrant addition that provides just a hint of bitterness.
