Isle of Pines (Isla de Piños)
2 oz. grapefruit juice
1 1/2 oz. white rum
Stir over ice in a large highball glass.
Prichard’s Crystal rum. So simple and so very good! As usual, that coconut thing. The slight bitterness of the grapefruit juice is really nice. It’s not as tropical as some rum/citrus drinks, but it still has a little bit of a beach/pool vibe.
