Dashes of lemon juice
Dash of grenadine
1/4 oz. cream
2 oz. white rum
Shake well over ice in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Prichard’s Crystal rum. An odd drink. It’s sharp, sour, and thin. As serendipity would have it, right before I ordered this I was talking to Ryan about there not being any drinks that I couldn’t at least finish. This was one of them. An unbalanced, sour thing that was too bitter.
