3/4 oz. lime juice
1 barspoon sugar
Dash of triple sec
Dash of crème de menthe (green)
1 1/2 oz. white rum

Shake well over ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Prichard’s Crystal rum. I’m having a good run with these crème de menthe drinks. Light and balanced with that ephemeral coconut taste. Very tasty.
