2 oz. pineapple juice
1/4 oz. maraschino liqueur
1 1/2 oz. white rum
Shake with crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice.
Flor de Caña rum, Luxardo maraschino liqueur. This cocktail makes me think of a very light piña colada with the ever-fascinating coconut tones from the rum. The Luxardo adds a bit of almond fruitiness. This is a tropical drink, but in a refined way.
