Juice of half a lime
1 barspoon sugar
1/4 oz. grapefruit juice
1/4 oz. maraschino liqueur
2 oz. white rum
Shake well with crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Flor de Caña rum, Luxardo maraschino liqueur. Great balance between bitter, tart, and sweet. Interestingly, there wasn’t very much coconut in this one.
