Juice of half a lime
2 barspoons powdered sugar
2 oz. white rum
Shake well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Flor de Caña rum. Tasty! Just the right balance of sweet and tart. Although pretty much just a daiquiri, the touch of extra fruitiness from the grenadine adds a very nice touch.
