3/4 oz. Dubonnet
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
3/4 oz. gin

Stir in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Jensen’s London gin. This is a super light cocktail that would be perfect as a before-dinner tipple. Slightly fruity, but it’s a dried fruit vibe… typical of Dubonnet… rather than a tropical fresh fruit feeling. The slight herbal/bitter notes are very welcome. I would ask for a lemon twist the next time I ordered this.
