1 oz. dry sherry
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Stir in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Tio Pepe fino sherry, Dolin dry vermouth. I was first made aware of this extremely light cocktail by a long-time friend of Michael’s. It is slightly grape-y and just a tiny bit bitter, not sweet at all. It makes me think of when you bite on a grape seed. This would be a very nice starter to a full evening of dinner and drinks.
