Dubonnet Fizz

Dubonnet Fizz

3/4 oz. lemon juice
1 barspoon powdered sugar
1 1/2 oz. orange juice
1 3/4 oz. Dubonnet
Stemmed cherry

Shake first four ingredients well with ice in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass over ice and fill with soda. Garnish with the cherry.

Oooh… very tasty! This concoction reminds me of a very light sangria; fruity, but not overly sweet. It’s a good thing these are on the light side, booze-wise, because they go down WAY too easily.
