1 oz. dry sherry
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
1/4 oz. vermouth bianco
Orange and lemon slices
Stir with ice in an aperitif glass. Add orange and lemon slices.
Tio Pepe fino sherry, Dolin dry vermouth, Capano vermouth bianco. This is a surprisingly complex cocktail. The first thing to come through is the vermouth bianco with it’s slightly bitter sweetness. The sherry is bright, the dry vermouth adds it’s herbalness. For such a small cocktail, there’s a lot going on in this one and I like it!
