1 oz. dry sherry
1 oz. dry vermouth
Dashes of Pernod
Stir well with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Tio Pepe fino sherry, Dolin dry vermouth. Another tiny cocktail. This one is very crisp with only a touch of licorice that does not overpower the drink. There are some delightful bright floral notes with just a hint of bitterness. An excellent starter to the evening.
