1 oz. dry sherry
1 oz. vermouth rosso
Dash of orange bitters
Stir well with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist orange peel over drink and drop into glass.
Tio Pepe dry sherry, Carpano Antica vermouth rosso. Oddly, this drink has a lot of raisin flavor, which is probably coming from the sherry and is boosted by the rosso. The rosso is what is most prominent. Not a bad drink, and definitely pretty to look at.
