La Floridita Cocktail
Juice of half a lime
Dash of grenadine
Dashes of crème de cacao (white)
3/4 oz. vermouth rosso
1 1/2 oz. white rum
Shake will with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Flor de Caña white rum, Tempus Fugit white . This is a lovely cocktail!. I was a little leery of the crème de cacao, especially with the vermouth rosso, but strangely enough the chocolate does come through, at least not as chocolate. Perfectly balanced and definitely a keeper.
