1/4 oz. lemon juice
Dash of grenadine
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz. tequila
Shake well with crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a small highball glass half-filled with crushed ice.
Heradura Silver tequila. A very interesting cocktail. I’m still loving just about anything with pineapple juice. The tequila, as it does, brings a funkiness to a lovely sweet/tart balance. It’s not exactly beachy, but it’s close.
