3/4 oz. lemon juice
1 egg white
3/4 oz. apricot brandy
1 oz. white rum
Shake in a shaker with ice. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the cherry.
Flor de Caña silver rum. This is rather nice! Excellent foam from the egg white, which also adds a silky feeling. There’s a really lovely balance to this drink, neither too sour nor too sweet. Very refreshing.
