Juice of half a lime
1 barspoon powdered sugar
1/4 oz. apricot brandy
1/4 oz. triple sec
1 1/2 oz. white rum
Shake in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist lime peel over drink and drop into glass.
Pritchard’s white rum. This is a pretty standard daiquiri-type drink with a few extra flourishes. With both the powdered sugar AND triple sec, this one is rather sweet. As always rum and lime are good friends.
