1/4 oz. lemon juice
Dash of apricot brandy
Dash of grenadine
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
3/4 oz. gin
Stir in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Bombay Sapphire gin, Dolin dry vermouth. Nice! The first thing I tasted was the gin, but I very quickly got the sense of rose petals. As with most gin drinks, I struggle with whether or not I should go with my beloved Plymouth Navy Strength, but I think I made a good choice with the “lesser” gin. I also think playing around with different dry vermouths would yield some good results.
